Hot splicing materials

Hot splicing materials can be divided in two caterories: WK materials, which can be vulcanized at 110°C and classic hot materials which can be vulcanized at 145-155°C.

–          The WK materials consist in vulcanizing solution +hardener, intermediate rubber 0,8 mm tickness and cover rubber 2mm tickness

–          The classic materials consists in vulcanizing solution, intermediate rubber 0,8 mm tickness and cover rubber 2mm or 4mm tickness

Therea are also available hot vulcanizing materials for steel cord belt splicing. For this kind of splicing there are other types of adhesives and uncured ruber, for a good adhesion to the steel cables.
