Mechanical fasteners

Sometimes if there is no time for vulcanizing, cliping systems are used to fasten conveyor belts. The mechanical fasteners are a solution of the moment, an emergency intervention on the conveyor belts. The fasteners are great solutions now, but not a good long-term solution. Life time is short and unpredictable, we can end up with an unexpected production stop because of a fastening. Usually mechanical joints are replaced with a vulcanization with the first scheduled stop of the conveyor.
