Profesional belt cleaners

The conveyor belt cleaners can be categorised afther more cathegories.

After thei position, the cleaners can be:

-primary scrapers, they are mounted on the drive pulley

-secondary scrapers, they are mounted below the drive pulley

-rotary cleaners, they are mounted after the secondary screaper, when is necesary

-inside cleaner, they are mounted inside the belts, cleaning the bottom side of the belt

The transported material on the conveyor defines the type of the scraper or scrapers which will be used.

After the material, the cleaners can be: hard metal, ceramic, poliurethan or rubber.

The cleaners ar mounted with special fixing systems, who provides them the needed flexibility.
