Remaskirt

REMASKIRT CB 195 is a special profiled rubber, makes an exceptionally good seal. The special sealing lips with their labyrinth effect keep transported material on the conveyor belt and reduce contamination and loss of material. The sealing lips are held down on the conveyor belt by their own weight, thus preventing damage. As a skirting rubber we can use also rubber sheet without textile insertions, with smaller hardness than the conveyor belt. A common minstake is using old conveyor belt for skirting rubber. The textile getting in contact with water and sand it will behave like a sand paper, cutting slowly the conveyor belt.
