Rubber mill lining

Ball mills are used for fine grinding of materials. This application is present in mining, where the ore is milled, in the ceramic industry and in the manufacture of gas brick, where the sand is grinded. There are two grinding forces in a ball mill, impact and friction. Impact occurs when the balls fall over the material and the friction force occurs between balls and material on the bottom of the mill. The lining consists of alternating plates and lifter bars feeding and discharging end. The rubber lining has a lot of arguments to the old manganese steel linings, such as lower noise, improving the rate of grinding and energy saving, ease of changing rubber lining, etc.
